What the service is

Kids Party House is an online platform that helps families find children's party entertainers, play hire and related party suppliers in Australia. We collect your party brief and pass it to suppliers who service your area so they can quote.

We are not the supplier. We do not own equipment, employ entertainers or provide party services ourselves, and we are not a party to any booking you make.

Bookings are between you and the supplier

Any booking you make is a contract between you and that supplier. Pricing, availability, the service delivered on the day, insurance, safety, cancellation and refunds are all matters between you and them, governed by their terms.

We recommend you confirm the supplier's public liability insurance, their cancellation and wet weather policy, and exactly what is included, in writing, before you pay a deposit.

No endorsement or verification claim

Suppliers who receive briefs through this platform are independent businesses. Unless we state otherwise in writing on a specific page, we do not represent that any supplier has been vetted, verified, accredited or endorsed by us, and we do not warrant the quality, safety, legality or suitability of any service they provide.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information in any brief or enquiry you send, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

You must not use the site to send spam, to harvest supplier or user information, or to submit briefs you do not genuinely intend to act on.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, layout, graphics and the Kids Party House name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in planning a party. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their practices or anything you obtain from them. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability
