Yes, for families. Sending a brief and receiving quotes costs you nothing, and there is no obligation to book anything. You pay the supplier you choose, directly. We do not set supplier prices and we do not take a cut of what you pay them.
How many quotes will I get?
It depends on how many suppliers cover your suburb and are free on your date. In a major metropolitan area you will usually hear from several. In a regional area or on a peak Saturday it may be fewer, because availability is the filter.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one business day. If your date is close, say so in the message and it will be treated accordingly.
Can I ask for entertainment and hire in the same brief?
Yes, and that is the point. Tick or describe everything you are after and the quotes come back covering it, rather than you coordinating two separate enquiries.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to match you with suppliers who cover your area, and we pass your brief to those suppliers so they can quote. Nothing else. Our privacy policy sets out how your information is handled.
What if nobody covers my suburb?
We will tell you rather than leave you waiting. In most cases somebody travels to you, and where they do not we will say which nearby areas have coverage.
