What to expect when you contact us
- We reply to every enquiry. If it is a quote request that landed here by mistake, we will move it across rather than making you fill in another form.
- For anything about a specific booking you have already made with a supplier, contact the supplier directly. They hold the booking, the payment and the terms, and they can act on it where we cannot.
- If a supplier has not responded to your brief, tell us. That is useful feedback and we would rather know.
- If you are a party supplier interested in receiving briefs, say so in your message and we will send you the details.

How do I get quotes for a party?
Use the get quotes form rather than this page. It asks for the suburb, date, age and what you are after, which is what suppliers need before they can price anything.
I have a question about a booking I already made.
Contact the supplier directly. Your booking, your payment and the terms sit between you and them, so they are the ones who can change or clarify anything. If you cannot reach them, tell us and we will help where we can.
Do you have a phone number?
