We are a matching platform, not a supplier

Kids Party House connects families with independent party suppliers. We do not own equipment, employ entertainers or deliver party services. Every booking is a direct contract between you and the supplier you choose.

This means the supplier is responsible for their pricing, their availability, their insurance, the safety of their equipment, what they deliver on the day and their cancellation and refund terms.

No vetting or verification claim

Unless a specific page states otherwise in writing, we do not claim that suppliers have been vetted, verified, accredited, background checked or endorsed by us. We encourage you to make your own checks before booking, including asking for a current certificate of currency for public liability insurance and, where children will be in a supplier's care, the relevant working with children clearance for your state or territory.

Safety and supervision

Play equipment hire is equipment only. Unless you have specifically engaged a supervising operator, supervision of children using hired equipment is your responsibility for the whole hire period. Follow the operator's safety rules, including limits on user numbers, height and age, and separating age groups.
